1. Who you are contracting with

Grow2Lead is developed and operated by W&W Technologies, LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the United States. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. The service

Grow2Lead is a subscription web application that provides AI-assisted career mentoring: resume review and rewriting, interview coaching, career and leadership coaching, professional communication guidance, the Executive Mirror decision framework, and related guidance. Output is guidance, not legal, financial, medical or employment advice, and we do not guarantee any hiring, promotion or compensation outcome.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

Grow2Lead Premium is billed at $14.99 per month or $149 per year in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Profile → Manage subscription; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Prices are shown in USD and exclude taxes where applicable; Paddle calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing or discriminatory;
• submit content you have no right to share, or another person's personal data without a lawful basis;
• resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, or use the service to build a competing product;
• attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or payment;
• upload malware or interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Grow2Lead software, brand, coaching frameworks, prompts and all related intellectual property. You keep ownership of the content you upload (such as your resume) and of the outputs generated for you, and you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver and improve the service to you.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or creates risk for other users or for us. Where practical we will give notice first. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
